How does the AI Shop Assistant actually work?+
It answers web chat, text, and phone, then checks real availability, prepares estimates, and either completes the work within your rules or hands it to your team for approval.
Do I have to switch shop software to use it?+
No. The AI Shop Assistant connects to your current shop software, or you can run it on the complete VMOTEK Shop Software platform, we'll show you both options.
What does VMOTEK cost?+
$99/month with your current shop software, or $199/month with the complete VMOTEK platform. Additional shops are $99/shop/month.
Does VMOTEK charge by user?+
No per-user fees. Invite the people who need visibility without paying for another seat.
Can I control what the AI Shop Assistant is allowed to do?+
Yes. Run any workflow in Shadow mode to observe, Supervised to require staff approval, or Automatic within limits you set.
What if we have more than one shop?+
Additional shops are $99/shop/month, each with its own AI Shop Assistant, workflows, and phone-time allowance. We can walk through multi-shop and fleet scenarios in the demo.
Is there any obligation after the demo?+
