Multi-shop inventory and transfers
Each location keeps its own stockroom. Authorized users can still see what sits on a shelf across town before placing another order.
VMOTEK holds inventory at the shop that owns it, while giving authorized users company-wide visibility of availability. When a part exists elsewhere, a traceable transfer moves it with its cost, vendor and lot context intact, instead of the shop buying a second one.

A part lookup shows on-hand quantity at the current shop and availability at other authorized locations.

Apply the source-shop policy
Create a transfer with source, destination, quantity and reason. The source shop's configured policy, not the requester, determines whether the movement is Quick or Controlled.

Move immediately or confirm the handoff
Quick mode records an authorized immediate handoff. Controlled mode requires request, approval, dispatch and destination receipt, including in-transit visibility.

Preserve context
Vendor, cost, lot and movement history follow the part so valuation and traceability stay intact.
