VMOTEK sends customer email through a connected Gmail account and imports replies from known customer addresses into the communications history. Google Workspace data is used only for these visible email features and is not used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. VMOTEK's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
